 YASMIN YUSUFF  


Yasmin Yusuff is one of the most familiar voices in Malaysia, having been on radio for 18 years,and has beenthe voice for countless radio and TV commercials, phone-answering services, elevators, and until recently, the LRT and the KLIA Aerotrain.
She conducted the FIRST live radio telephone “call in” ever on Malaysian radio at Radio 4. She was voted “Most Popular Radio DJ” in 1997 by “Malay Mail” reader poll.
Malaysian Music Academy “AIM” award winner in 1997, in recognition for most  contribution to Radio – the first and only time this award has been given out
“Best DJ Award 2001” from MACP (Music Copyright Protection body) while at WOWfm.
She recorded 2 albums in the early 80's which produced 2 number one singles. As an actress, she played Jessica in the longest running 
TV drama series in Malaysia, Opah, which ran for 15 years. She has also acted in movies, TV dramas, and in a telemovie co-starring with Kabir Bedi.
She is one of the most successful Miss Malaysia Universe title holders. She won 3rd place for Best National Costume at Miss Universe 1978, the first time Miss Malaysia brought home a trophy. Currently Yasmin is a much sought-after MC, and is also busy as Lady Golf Captain of the Royal Selangor Golf Club.



Kennedy Michael & Syuen Toh

Kennedy Michael is a multi-talented and award winning performing artiste, creative industry professional, Capoeira Instructor, Fitness Instructor and Music Teacher. Kennedy began his life in performing arts at the age of 13 when he joined the Good Shepherd Church Choir and the Young Shepherds Youth Group. It was also during this time that he joined the Corps of Pipes & Drums of his alma mater, Setapak High Schook, playing the bagpipes. He learned choral singing under the tutelage of the late Mr. Kevin De Souza who was then the choirmaster. Very quickly he got into producing, writing, acting and directing sketches, musical presentations and plays for all the liturgical events of the church. Here he met Christopher Khoo, who taught him to play the acoustic guitar and shortly after they formed the band Sanity Meets The Mind. They went on to win a number of competitions in the church circuit and played the events circuits featuring their own songs. They even co- wrote songs for a musical and went on to record two demo albums for the fun of it.

Syuen Toh’s involvement with music began when she was a drummer for her alma mater, Methodist Girls School (MGS) Ipoh. She played in her school band for 5 years, taking part in various marching band competitions and performances. At the end of her time in high school she joined the workforce in 2000 as a London College of Music Examinations (LCME) Administrator at TVU (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, [Asia Pacific Regional Oce for Thames Valley University, UK]. Years later, she moved on to explore a dierent field as Customer Care Ocer at Sunway Medical Centre before moving to her current workplace at UKEduNet Sdn Bhd as Operations Manager. From there she was seconded to Eectual Links Sdn Bhd, to manage Professional Development and Educational Projects.

Sheela Haran
A HasBeen WannaBe, having dabbled in a little bit of acting, dancing, hosting, she settled on radio which she calls the love of her life. Unfortunately Radio didn’t feel the same, and after it shut down she had to find different ways of expressing herself. 

This gave birth to KAERpediem, a family project for videos on the infamous YouTube. KAER the initials of the kids since the video idea was theirs, along with the play on words for CarpeDiem, her wish for them to make the most of everyday, the videos followed the adventures of the kids. Then the kids grew up and had their own creative ideas leaving the account to Mum. 
Having moved from YouTube to Dtube and blogs on steemit.com, she mostly writes Free Writes with the FreeWriteHouse on the platform. This is a story that was inspired by two prompts, Hungry & Sunset.

AMRITA SOON

A young Taylor Swift is what Amrita Soon has been referred to. Telling stories of falling in love, heartbreak and growing old through her songs carefully crafted to tug at your heartstrings. Armed with a guitar and a voice that soothes the soul, her music reflects insights of a journey through the chaos of life. She was recognized as the 'Breakthrough YouTube Star' by DIGI’s 2013 WWWOW Awards, and 'Audience Choice' and 'Overall Best Performance' at KLPAC's Short + Sweet 2016. 

Amrita’s first EP 'Clues', released in 2014 perfectly written reflecting teenage love and wanderings will surely catch you humming along to the tunes. The track, ‘Goodbye’ was included in the compilation album, ‘Rock For Ronan’, aimed to raise funds for the Ronan Thompson Foundation in support of childhood cancer research. Since then, Amrita has performed extensively in Malaysia and in Nashville, Tennessee including having sang at the famous Bluebird Cafe and featured at The Song Suffragettes. 

Amrita released her 2nd album in 2018 titled ‘Familiar Strangers’ which showcases maturity in her writing and an even deeper connection with the listener through her story-telling. The title track 'Familiar Strangers' is currently number 1 on She Wolf Radio in US, and 9 on Hitz fm Malaysia's MET 10.
